What if I have a question about my order?
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and question. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Monday through Friday, CST.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If we have not shipped out your item then yes you can cancel and or change your order. Please keep in mind if the order has been shipped out then you are responsible paying the return postage.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We ship products every Tuesday and Thursday. Shipping generally takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days from the order date. Once an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Some items may take a couple of days longer depending on availability.
Will my apparel shrink?
We print on a variety of blanks depending on the style of the product. Every product description highlights what the fabric is made of. 100% cotton shirts will always shrink if machine dried therefore we recommend air drying all of our garments. The 60/40 polyester cotton blend will not shrink due to the added polyester.
When will new apparel become available?
Even though we are small, we don’t want to be stagnant and roll out the same Tshirt different colors. Be sure to check us out on Instagram where we will drop new ideas and poll votes on the next design.
Will you feature more colors in your line?
Absolutely! We got to make sure you like what we drop, ya dig. Your Highness has some in house designs with colors that is sure to please.
